Signing in / Account creation

To begin your Pleasure Pan Palace experience you must first have downloaded and installed the Pleasure Pan Palace program, if you have not completed this, click here to download now.

To begin, run the Pleasure Pan Palace program by clicking the desktop icon.

If this is your first time playing with us click the “Sign Up for Free Now” button at the bottom of the sign in window to create a new account.

Fill out the Create New Account Form with your account information and after entering all necessary information click “OK”. If you require assistance click the “HELP” button to view the Pleasure Pan Palace support page.

Note : If the 18 year check box is not checked the account cannot be created.

Open the verification email that will be sent to the email address you provided in the account information and follow the confirmation link to verify your account

To log into your account click the log in area and enter your username and password then click “Sign-In”

Note : if you ever lose any of your sign in information click the “HELP” button to view the support page

Main Lobby

Next you will be taken to the main lobby

To view the available tables in a particular game, click on one of the game buttons on the left.

Important details regarding the tables will be displayed in the Table Information Area. You can sort games according to various criteria in ascending or descending order.

The table information window located on the right hand side of the lobby displays specific information regarding the table you have highlighted, including the table name, who is playing and how many people are watching and waiting for the table.

You can join a table or wait list from this area by clicking the “Join Table” or “Join Wait List” buttons. You may also join a table by double-clicking the table. * Please note that the “Join Table” and “Join Wait List” buttons will not appear until you have single-clicked on a table.

Game Table

Table information will be displayed at the top of the window such as the game type, stakes, the table name, the current hand # and the previous hand #.

To sit at the table click on an empty seat displaying a “SIT DOWN” button. After clicking "sit down" you will be asked how much money you would like to bring to the table. If at any point in the game you wish to bring more money click the “$” button in the lower left hand corner.

After the game has begun you will know it is your turn when the option to either “Post” or “Wait for big blind” appears at the bottom of the screen. The next time your turn comes around you will receive different options, Fold, Check and Raise/Bet. If you are playing in a No Limit Game you will also see a tab to "raise other"

In-game chat and winning hand information can be seen in the chat window located in the lower right hand corner.
